DevDab Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application SLOG (the "Application").

Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

The most important principle of SLOG is that we do not store your personal data on our servers. All data generated by the Application, including audio recordings, location logs, and metadata, is stored strictly locally on your device. We do not have access to, nor do we collect or transmit your personal recordings or location history to any external server.

Since we do not transmit data to a server, the "collection" described below refers to how the Application processes data within your device.

A. Audio Data (Microphone)

The Application uses your device's microphone to record audio in the background for the core functionality of 24-hour recording. This audio data is saved directly to your device's internal storage (/SLOG folder).

B. Location Data (GPS)

We may request access to your location (including background location) to tag your audio recordings with geographical metadata. This allows you to recall where a recording took place.

• Location data is stored locally within the audio file's metadata or app database.
• We do not track your movements remotely.

C. Mobile Device Access

We may request access to your device's storage (Read/Write) to save and manage recording files.

The information processed by the Application is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide continuous background recording functionality.
• To organize recordings by time and location.
• To manage storage space on your device (auto-deletion of old files).

Since we do not collect your data, we cannot share or sell it to third parties. However, the Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (e.g., for map display or crash reporting).

• Google Maps SDK: Used to display location thumbnails and maps. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services: Used for app stability and standard diagnostic data.

Your data is stored on your device. We implement security measures such as App Lock (PIN/Biometric) to prevent unauthorized access on your physical device. However, please be aware that no security measure is perfect. You are responsible for backing up your data and keeping your device secure.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Under global privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

• Access & Deletion: Since all data is on your device, you have full control. You can view or delete your recordings at any time by using the file manager or the delete function within the Application.
• Revoking Permissions: You can revoke the Application's access to your microphone or location at any time in your device settings. Note that this will disable the core recording features.
